• Google account profile details used for sign-in, such as name and email.
• Property addresses, search filters, reports, and report-run status.
• Payment and order metadata from Stripe, excluding full card details.
• Product analytics events when PostHog, Meta Pixel, or Google Analytics are configured, and recordings of how pages are used when PostHog is configured.
• Operational logs needed to secure, debug, and improve the service.

We use information to authenticate users, sell and fulfill reports, generate and persist reports, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, improve conversion funnels, and respond to support requests.

We share information with service providers that help run the product, including hosting, database, authentication, payments, analytics, alerting, and email vendors. We do not sell personal information as a standalone business.

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. If analytics keys are configured, PostHog, Meta Pixel, and Google Analytics may receive browser events such as page views and checkout intent. Google Analytics receives page views, lead and checkout events, and purchases as an order id and amount, never your card details. When Google Ads conversion measurement is configured, Google Ads receives the same events. PostHog may also record a session: the pages you open, how you scroll, move and click on them, and what you type into a form. Payment card details are not in these recordings: your card is entered in a frame served by our payment processor, which the recording does not reach, and a saved card’s last four digits are hidden wherever a page shows them. Your sign-in code is hidden as well. You can limit browser tracking through your browser, device, or ad-platform settings.

We keep account, order, and report records while needed to provide the service, maintain financial records, investigate failures, or satisfy legal obligations. To request deletion or export of your data, email [email protected].

We use encrypted session cookies, access controls, and provider-managed infrastructure. No internet service can be guaranteed perfectly secure, so avoid entering information you do not want processed for the report.
