PropertyHero generates informational property-tax appeal reports from user-provided property details and third-party property data. The product is designed to help you organize comparable-sale evidence and understand a potential assessment issue.

We are not a licensed appraisal firm, law firm, tax advisor, government agency, or appeal representative. Reports are not certified appraisals, legal advice, tax advice, or a guarantee that an appeal will reduce your assessment or taxes.

• Use the service only for properties you own or are authorized to research.
• Review the report before relying on it or submitting it with any filing.
• Confirm appeal deadlines, filing rules, evidence requirements, and property facts.
• Do not use the service to submit false information or violate third-party rights.

You're only charged $79 when we deliver your report, whether or not it supports an appeal. If we can't complete the analysis, you pay nothing. Your purchase includes an automatic re-check against your county's 2027 values and a fresh report. Your card is authorized at checkout; if the analysis cannot complete, the authorization is released. Purchases created before this price change keep the pricing stated at their checkout. Prepaid reports purchased earlier remain valid and are used before any new charge; a failed prepaid run is automatically returned to your balance. You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure. We may suspend access for abuse, security risk, unlawful use, or attempts to interfere with the service. The service may be unavailable during maintenance, vendor outages, or data-provider interruptions.

Property data can be incomplete, delayed, mislabeled, or unavailable. AI-generated output can also make mistakes. You are responsible for checking the report against official records and local appeal requirements before using it.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, PropertyHero is provided as-is and our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the report giving rise to the claim. We are not responsible for missed deadlines, rejected filings, tax outcomes, indirect damages, or decisions made from unverified report content.
